Camps & Clinics
Hard work, real Greco-Roman technique and plenty of live wrestling — skills that also strengthen folkstyle. Spots are limited so every athlete gets coached.

Camps
Multi-day training blocks built on Greco-Roman fundamentals. Expect multiple sessions a day covering technique, drilling, live goes and conditioning. Great for building a season's worth of skills in a short window — with technique that also carries over to folkstyle.
Clinics
One-day, single-topic sessions rooted in Greco-Roman technique. We pick one area of the sport and go deep, so athletes leave with a few moves they can actually hit — moves that also translate to folkstyle.
Frequently asked
What should my athlete bring?
Wrestling shoes, a full water bottle, a snack, and practice clothes (shorts and a t-shirt, no zippers or pockets). Label everything with your athlete's name.
Does my athlete need wrestling experience?
Most camps and clinics are open to all levels. We group athletes by age, size and experience for drilling and live wrestling, so beginners and experienced wrestlers both get the right level of work. Some of our events are “Elite Level Only”. If an event has a minimum experience requirement, it's listed in the event description.
Is a USA Wrestling membership required?
Yes. Every athlete needs an active USA Wrestling athlete membership for the dates of the event. It covers insurance on the mat. Memberships can be purchased online at usawmembership.com.
Is there a waiver?
Yes. A parent or guardian signs a participation agreement and medical authorization before an athlete's first session, camp, or clinic. It's a one-time form each season and can be found on our website.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before. Inside 7 days, you'll receive a credit toward a future session or event. If we cancel, you get a full refund. Camps hosted by a partner club follow that club's refund policy.
Can parents watch?
Group practices, camps and clinics are closed to spectators unless arranged in advance. A parent or guardian must be present for all one-on-one lessons.
What about skin conditions or illness?
Athletes with any open, untreated or suspicious skin condition (ringworm, impetigo, cold sores and so on) will not be allowed on the mat. This protects everyone. If your athlete is sick, keep them home and let us know.
